Welcome to the website of Bhagyashree Enterprises (a Nagargoje Group company). By accessing or using this website, and by entering commercial agreements with us for building materials trade, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Material Specifications & Grading

We supply building aggregates (metal/kapchi), clay bricks, flyash blocks, and sand. Buyers are responsible for:

• Verifying that the selected grading and certifications match their project structural requirements.
• Inspecting the material quality at the time of site delivery. Any discrepancies must be recorded on the delivery challan immediately.

2. Delivery & Logistics

All bulk deliveries are fulfilled directly to construction locations in Pune and adjacent areas.

• Buyers must provide suitable and safe access for heavy cargo vehicles (trucks/dumpers) to discharge the loads.
• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by adverse weather conditions, site entry restrictions, or force majeure events.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices quoted on the site or via sales links are estimates based on quarry costs and transport rates. Final pricing will be verified in the commercial dispatch contract. Standard credit terms are subject to approval by Nagargoje Group finance.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logo structures, graphics, layout, text descriptions, and material specifications, is the intellectual property of Bhagyashree Enterprises and Nagargoje Group. Unauthorized reuse is strictly prohibited.

5. Legal Disputes

Any contract agreements, trades, or website disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
